Support

This page is public. You do not need to sign in to read it. Use it for account, billing, privacy, abuse, and technical questions.

These pages describe how LinkTheBio currently works. They are not formal legal advice and do not guarantee compliance. Irish consumer, tax, and data-protection counsel should review them before a paid launch.

Effective 9 October 2026. Last updated 9 October 2026.

How to contact us

A public support email has not been published yet. This is a launch blocker: do not treat a personal inbox, social account, or unpublished address as the official channel. James needs to set NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL to a published mailbox before paid launch.

Account access

Sign in at /login. Clerk handles password resets and login methods. If two sign-in methods cannot be connected to the same LinkTheBio account, use the original method or contact us after a support email is published.

Billing and cancellations

Signed-in customers manage a Stripe subscription from Billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation is configured to take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro until that period ends. Past-due or failed payments stop Stripe-derived Pro access without deleting your content.

Refunds and consumer queries

Period-end cancellation is not an automatic refund. Consumers may have additional statutory rights, including a cooling-off period for some distance contracts. Tell us that you are making a consumer or refund request. We will not ask you to give up rights that the law does not allow you to give up.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, or delete personal data, write through the contact method above and say that it is a privacy request. See the Privacy Policy. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Abuse and prohibited content

Report illegal, harmful, or infringing profile content, or someone impersonating you. Include the public profile URL if you have it. Do not send secrets, payment-card data, or copies of other people’s private information.

Technical issues

Describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and what went wrong. Do not include passwords, API keys, or Stripe secret keys.
